Terms & Conditions

By shopping at aaserok.com (the "Site"), you (the "Buyer") agree to the following terms & conditions. Aaserok operates out of Indonesia.

1. Account & checkout

You can shop as a guest (guest checkout — email required for order confirmation & tracking) or sign in with a Google account to save your order history.

2. Pricing & stock availability

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are as shown on the product page. Wholesale pricing applies to certain purchase quantities as noted on each product page. If a pricing or stock error occurs due to a system issue, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is made upfront via QRIS (processed by Duitku, a Payment Service Provider licensed by Bank Indonesia). Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Order cancellation

Unpaid orders expire automatically. Orders that are paid but not yet processed by our warehouse can still be cancelled by contacting us via the Contact page. Once an order has shipped, the terms on the Refund & Returns page apply.

5. Shipping

Full terms are on the Shipping page. Estimated arrival time depends on the courier & destination, and is entirely outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content (product photos, text, logo) belongs to Aaserok and may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Aaserok is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by force majeure, an incorrect address supplied by the Buyer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in effect is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
