Refund & Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. Here are our terms for returns & refunds.

When you can request a return

  • The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect on arrival.
  • The item shipped doesn't match what you ordered (wrong size/type).
  • The quantity received doesn't match your order.

Report it within 2×24 hours of receiving the item via the Contact page, including your order number and photos/video of the item & packaging (an unbroken unboxing video helps a lot with verification).

What can't be returned

  • Items that have been used or cut to custom specifications.
  • Damage caused by misuse/mishandling after the item arrived in good condition.
  • Claims submitted after the 2×24-hour window without a verifiable reason.

Process

  1. Submit your claim via the Contact page with photo/video evidence.
  2. Our team verifies it within 1–2 working days.
  3. Once approved, we offer either: a replacement item, or a refund.
  4. Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days back to the original payment method after approval.

Return shipping cost

If the error is on our end (damaged/wrong item), we cover the shipping cost for the replacement or return. For claims outside those cases, return shipping is covered by the Buyer.

Cancelling before an item ships

Orders that are paid but not yet processed by our warehouse can be cancelled with a full refund — contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page.
