All orders ship through our logistics partner KiriminAja, which works with a range of national couriers. We ship anywhere in Indonesia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination — shown clearly before you pay, with no hidden fees.

Process & estimated time

1. Order is paid → automatically enters the packing queue.
2. Processed & packed within 1×24 working hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays).
3. Tracking number is issued and can be tracked via the Track Order page or the relevant courier's app.
4. Estimated arrival is generally 2–7 working days depending on distance & courier.

Packaging

Every scoop net is packed with extra protection (bubble wrap/cardboard) so the frame & netting arrive undamaged.

Item damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, report it within 2×24 hours of receipt via the Contact page, including unboxing photos/video. See full details on the Refund & Returns page.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available for selected couriers and areas. The option appears automatically at checkout when the service you pick supports it, along with the exact cash amount to prepare — that amount already covers the goods, shipping, and the courier's COD service fee.

The current COD limit is Rp 500,000 per order; above that, please use QRIS. Bring exact change where you can — couriers often carry none. If the parcel is refused or nobody is at the address, both the outbound and return shipping costs still apply, so please reach us via Contact first if your plans change.
